General Conditions
You are prohibited from using our products for any illegal or unauthorized activities that violate laws within your jurisdiction.
You may not reproduce, copy, or resell our product, marketing materials, copyrighting, images, videos, or packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion, which may result from limited inventory, lack of logistics support in your location, or payment issues raised by our payment gateway providers.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made through our store.
Pricing
Our product pricing is carefully considered and infrequently changed. However, we reserve the right to update product prices and discontinue products at our discretion. Updated prices will be clearly displayed on the website, while discontinued products may no longer be visible.
Delivery and Shipping
We provide shipping to most locations within India.
Typically, in-stock products are dispatched within a day or two business days of order placement. If a product is out of stock, the estimated shipping time will be displayed on the website prior to order placement.
If we introduce Cash on Delivery orders (COD) in near future, a nominal fee may be applies to it once your PIN code is enabled/supported/eligible. Rejection of a confirmed COD order will result in future service restrictions.
When possible, we will send an email with a tracking link for your order. Shipping times are not guaranteed due to external factors, and shipping and COD fees are non-refundable.
Gift cards, Vouchers, Offers and Rewards
Gift cards, Vouchers, Offers and reward credits are issued exclusively by us with our own direction by random or selective. Recipients will receive either by email notification containing a unique code or via our third party social media pages. This code, when applied during checkout, provides a credit towards the final purchase. Gift cards are valid maximum of one year from the date of issue or may valid as mentioned on such vouchers/cards. Such vouchers/cards are non sharable/transferable/renewable and only be used for purchases made in our store.
We reserve the right to cancel issued gift cards, vouchers, offers and reward credits in cases of spam or abuse.
Warranty and Returns
Product exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. Order cancellations are not permitted once an order has been placed.
Customers may are asked to ship the return themselves. Please note that we accept only one-time return of your order for exchanges or return. Half-a-price sale, Buy 1 Get 1 Free or Flash sale (More than 50% Off price) items and sample units (which may have minor imperfections) are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns are ineligible for exchange or refund if submitted beyond the 14-day window, used, or returned without original packaging. Unauthorized inbound shipments or ineligible returns will be recycled or discarded without notice and may result in additional service fees and/or future service restrictions.
Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment, except for COD orders, which are refunded to the customer’s bank account.
For manufacturing defects discovered within 14 calendar days of purchase, please email support@fitin-me.com using the email associated with the order. As a small business, we cannot accommodate requests for standard or defective products beyond this time frame.
